In 1993 after earning my graphic arts degree from UGA I started in the packaging industry working as a graphic artist at Global Graphics, a division of Pratt Ind and later moved into selling corrugated tooling. My experience in corrugated sales started at Advanced Design & Pkg (Hood Container ATL today) selling displays and brown boxes. After spending a few years selling corrugated, I started working at Unisource World Wide and that allowed me to extend my packaging knowledge into folding cartons, interior protective products and other types of packaging. When I returned to Hood Container in 2011, I combined all my packaging experiences and started a new division called Specialty Pkg. This was the first time they really focused on selling the customer an entire field of all packaging items and allowed them to expand their customer profile. Around 2008 I partnered with ProPac to be my folding carton supplier and decided to join them in the fall of 2020. Since then, I’ve been part of the ProPac team growing and enjoying selling folding cartons. I have been married for nearly 30 years and have two beautiful daughters. We enjoy traveling the world as a family and all types of outdoor activities.
